Blade shaft pair with 10 blades "Ti"
The MAESTRO 5L from CAB is an advanced depaneling machine specifically designed for the precise and stress-free separation of pre-scored PCB panels. The device can handle circuit boards with a width of up to 310 mm, with larger widths available upon request. The panel separation is performed by a pair of blade rollers with 10 titanium blades and additional spacer rings, suitable for circuit boards with up to 5 score lines.
The separation process is controlled by a motor drive and achieves a separation speed of 100-220 mm/sec., which is adjustable in 10 steps. The separation length varies between 100 and 570 mm, depending on the activation of the light barrier. The robust aluminum housing includes the roller blades and the drive, ensuring stable and safe handling.
The device display provides information about the separation speed, cut length, and the number of panels processed. Ease of use is supported by a clear control panel and the option to manually or automatically feed the panels. A light barrier at the end of the transport path helps to prevent the unintentional dropping of the circuit boards.
Technical specifications include a power supply of switchable 230/115 V~50-60Hz and an operating temperature range of 10°C to 35°C. The device meets the safety requirements of EC directives and comes with an EC Declaration of Conformity. Included in the delivery are the MAESTRO 5L device with a stand, the required number of roller blades, supports, and handle grips, as well as an adjustment device for changing the blades.
