Blade shaft pair with 12 blades "Ti"
The MAESTRO 5L, manufactured by CAB, is an advanced solution for separating pre-scored utility circuit boards. This device is particularly economical for processing large quantities and offers a maximum utility width of 310 mm. The circuit boards can be fed manually or automatically, with an additional conveyor belt taking over the individual boards for further processing.
The precise adjustment of the distance between the upper and lower roller blades is done via an eccentric. In the event of service, the shafts with the mounted roller blades can be easily removed. The MAESTRO 5L is equipped with a robust aluminum housing that protects the roller blades and the drive.
The technical features include a separation speed of 100-220 mm/sec, which can be adjusted in 10 steps, and a separation length of up to 570 mm when the light barrier is activated. The component height may be a maximum of 30 mm on the assembly side and 10 mm on the solder side.
In addition to the main device, the scope of delivery includes a base frame, the required number of roller blades, support and handles, as well as an adjustment device for blade change. The MAESTRO 5L meets the safety requirements of EC directives and an EC declaration of conformity is included.
