Knife Wave Pair with 12 "Ti" Knives
The MAESTRO 5L is an efficient system for separating pre-scored printed circuit boards, ideal for use in high volume environments. This model offers a variety of features that enable precise and gentle processing. The device can handle circuit boards up to 310 mm in width, with larger widths available upon request. The circuit boards can be fed manually or automatically, with the option to be integrated into an assembly line. A standard SMEMA interface is included.
The MAESTRO 5L is equipped with a pair of knife waves that includes 12 high-quality "Ti" knives and spacing rings for circuit boards with 6 score lines. This ensures an almost tension-free separation of the circuit boards. The adjustment of the distance between the upper and lower roller knives is precisely controlled via an eccentric. In the event of service, the waves with the mounted roller knives can be easily removed.
