Blade shaft pair with 14 blades "Ti"
The MAESTRO 5L from CAB is a highly functional device for separating pre-scored PCB panels, ideal for processing large volumes. The system offers a maximum panel width of 310 mm and allows simultaneous cutting through up to 10 rotary blades, which are embedded in a robust aluminum housing. The cutting speed is adjustable between 100-220 mm/sec, and the cutting length varies between 100-570 mm, depending on the activation of the light barrier.
The MAESTRO 5L is equipped with a standard SMEMA interface and can be easily integrated into an assembly line or combined with an automatic loading station. The blade adjustment is precisely controlled via an eccentric, and the rotary blades can be easily removed for maintenance.

The handling of the device is particularly user-friendly due to a clear control panel and the option of manual or automatic feeding of the PCB panels.

The delivery includes the device with base, the required number of rotary blades, support and handle grips, and an adjustment device for blade changing.
