Knife Shaft Pair with 14 "Ti" Blades
The MAESTRO 5L is an advanced cutting device specifically designed for the efficient processing of pre-scored printed circuit boards. This device allows simultaneous separation of circuit boards up to 310 mm wide using up to 10 rolling blades, with automatic feeding and integration into assembly lines possible. The SMEMA interface is standard, and the device can be customized to specific needs.
The knife shaft pair with 14 "Ti" blades and spacers for circuit boards with 7 scoring grooves extends the functionality of the MAESTRO 5L by enabling precise and stress-free separation. The special grind of the blades and the precisely adjustable distances between the upper and lower rolling blades ensure optimal adaptation to the thickness of the circuit board.
