Knife Shaft Pair with 18 "Ti" Knives
The MAESTRO 5L is an efficient depaneling machine, ideal for separating pre-scored PCBs in large volumes. It offers a maximum panel width of 310 mm and can accommodate up to 10 rotary knives simultaneously. The PCBs can be fed manually or automatically, and integration into assembly lines is possible, supported by a SMEMA interface. The device display provides information on cutting speed, cut length, and the number of panels.
The knife shaft pair with 18 "Ti" knives and spacer rings is specifically designed for PCBs with 9 scoring grooves. The rotary knives allow for almost tension-free separation of the PCBs, with the knife spacing being customizable to the customer's needs.
