Blade shaft pair with 18 blades "Ti"
The "Ti" pair of knife shafts from CAB is specifically designed for precise processing of circuit boards and features 18 high-quality knives and spacer rings, suitable for up to 9 scoring grooves. This product is distinguished by its high efficiency and adaptability to various circuit board sizes, making it ideal for technical applications where precision and reliability are required.
The MAESTRO 5L, into which the knife shaft pair can be integrated, enables the separation of pre-scored printed circuit boards with a maximum width of 310 mm. By using up to 10 rolling knives, large quantities can be processed efficiently. The cutting speed is variable and can be set between 100 and 220 mm/sec, while the cutting length varies between 100 and 570 mm, depending on the activation of the light barrier.
For easy handling and maintenance, the distance between the upper and lower knives can be precisely adjusted via an eccentric, and the knife shafts can be easily removed for service. The robust aluminum housing protects the internal components and ensures a long service life of the device.
Additionally, the MAESTRO 5L meets all the safety requirements of the EC directives and comes with an EC Declaration of Conformity. The delivery includes the device with a stand, the required number of rolling knives, as well as support and handle grips for optimal adjustment during knife change.
