Blade shaft pair with 2 blades "Ti"
The depaneling tool MAESTRO 5L from CAB offers an efficient solution for separating pre-scored PCB panels. With a maximum panel width of 310 mm, up to 10 circular blades can be used simultaneously to separate the circuit boards almost without stress. The PCB panels can be fed manually or automatically, and the cutting speed is adjustable in 10 steps from 100 to 220 mm/sec.
The adjustment of the circular blades is precisely controlled via an eccentric, where the distance of the blades can be customized to the PCB thickness from 1.0 to 3.2 mm using spacer rings. The device is encased in a sturdy aluminum housing, which protects both the mechanical components and the electronics. Sensors monitor the entire separation process to ensure high precision and safety.
Additionally, the MAESTRO 5L is equipped with a SMEMA interface for integration into assembly lines. An indicator light shows the operational status, and the scope of delivery includes the device with a base frame, the required number of circular blades, as well as handle grips and an adjustment device for blade changing. The technical specifications meet the safety requirements of EC directives, and an EC Declaration of Conformity is included.
