Knife Wave Pair with 20 "Ti" Blades
The MAESTRO 5L is a high-performance depaneling machine, ideal for separating pre-scored printed circuit boards in large quantities. It features easy operation and the ability to integrate into assembly lines. The PCBs can be fed manually or automatically, supported by a clear control panel and a SMEMA interface to accommodate different PCB sizes. Sensors monitor the precise separation process, while the PCBs are taken over by a conveyor belt for further processing. A light barrier provides additional safety by preventing the boards from falling off.
The knife wave pair with 20 "Ti" blades and spacer rings allows for almost tension-free separation and is specifically designed for PCBs with up to 10 scoring grooves. The adjustment of the rotary knives is done via an eccentric, allowing for precise spacing settings. In the event of service, the shafts with the mounted blades can be easily removed.
