Blade shaft pair with 20 blades "Ti"
The MAESTRO 5L, manufactured by CAB, is a highly specialized device for separating pre-scored panelized printed circuit boards. It allows for efficient processing with a maximum panel width of 310 mm, with larger circuit boards being handled upon request. The device is characterized by its ease of use, where the panels can be fed manually or automatically, and the separated circuit boards are conveyed further by a conveyor belt.
The precise adjustment of the rotary blades is done via an eccentric, which allows for an almost tension-free separation. The device technology is housed in a robust aluminum casing, which, together with a light barrier at the end of the transport route, ensures safe operation. The device features an indicator light and a SMEMA interface for integration into assembly lines.
Technical specifications include a motor drive, a separation speed of 100-220 mm/sec., which is adjustable in 10 steps, and a separation length of 100-570 mm, depending on the light barrier. The component heights may be up to 30 mm on the assembly side and up to 10 mm on the solder side. Operation is possible at a mains voltage of 230/115 V~50-60Hz, and the device complies with EC safety directives.
Included in the delivery are the MAESTRO 5L device with a base stand, the required number of rotary blades, handle grips, and an adjustment device for blade changing.
