The knife wave pair with 4 "Ti" knives and spacer rings is specifically designed for use in PCB production to enable precise and stress-free separations. It is optimally equipped for circuit boards with two scoring grooves and offers reliable and efficient processing through the use of four high-quality knives.
The MAESTRO 5L, manufactured by CAB, is designed for the economical processing of pre-scored utility circuit boards in large quantities. The machine can process circuit boards up to a width of 310 mm, with up to 10 rotary knives being used simultaneously. The cutting speed is adjustable between 100-220 mm/sec., and the device accepts circuit board thicknesses from 1.0 to 3.2 mm.
The robust construction in a sturdy aluminum housing and the precise adjustment of the rotary knives via an eccentric ensure high process reliability. A light barrier at the end of the transport path prevents the unintentional dropping of the processed boards, while the SMEMA interface facilitates integration into existing production lines.
In addition to the main device, the scope of delivery includes a base frame, the required number of rotary knives, supports, and handle grips, as well as an adjustment device for knife changes. The device complies with all relevant EC safety directives and is delivered with an EC Declaration of Conformity.
