**Knife shaft pair with 4 "Ti" knives**
The MAESTRO 5L is a highly developed depaneling machine, ideal for separating pre-scored printed circuit boards in large quantities. The device enables precise and stress-free separation thanks to the specially ground roller knives. The circuit boards can be fed manually or automatically, and the separated boards are transferred for further processing via an additional conveyor belt. The maximum board width is 310 mm, with larger widths available on request. Integration into assembly lines is ensured by the standard SMEMA interface.
The knife shaft pair with 4 "Ti" knives and spacers for circuit boards with 2 score lines extends the functionality of the MAESTRO 5L by allowing individual adjustment to the circuit board thickness and width. The adjustment of the knives is done via an eccentric and a fine thread, which allows precise setting and easy replacement in case of service.
