Knife Wave Pair with 6 "Ti" Blades
The MAESTRO 5L is a highly economical depanelizer, ideal for separating pre-scored printed circuit boards in large quantities. This device offers a maximum panel width of 310 mm and allows simultaneous cutting through up to 10 rotary blades. Panels can be fed manually or automatically via a loading station, and integration into assembly lines is possible. A SMEMA interface is standard. Operation is via a clear control panel that displays cutting speed, cut length, and the number of panels.
The knife wave pair with 6 "Ti" blades and spacer rings for circuit boards with 3 scoring grooves complements the main product with specific customization options for the circuit board thickness and scoring depth to ensure an almost tension-free separation. The distance between the upper and lower rotary blades can be precisely adjusted using an eccentric, and in the event of service, the shafts with the mounted rotary blades are easily removable.
