Blade shaft pair with 6 blades "Ti"
The "Ti" blade pair from CAB is specifically designed for the precise processing of circuit boards and features six high-quality blades as well as three scoring grooves. This product allows for efficient and stress-free separation of circuit boards, with the circuit board thickness ranging from 1.0 to 3.2 mm. The remaining thickness of the circuit board after the separation process is at least 0.30 mm and at most 0.60 mm, while the scoring depth is at least 0.30 mm.
The MAESTRO 5L, also from CAB, is a depanelizer suitable for processing pre-scored panelized circuit boards. It can handle circuit boards up to a width of 310 mm, with larger widths available upon request. The device offers a separation speed of 100-220 mm/sec, adjustable in 10 steps, and a separation length of up to 570 mm with an active light barrier. The handling is made easy and safe through a clear control panel and the option for automatic feeding of the panelized circuit boards.
