Blade shaft pair with 8 blades "Ti"
The MAESTRO 5L from CAB is a highly specialized device for the precise separation of panelized printed circuit boards. Equipped with a pair of cutter shafts, which includes eight "Ti" roller knives and spacing rings for four scoring grooves, it enables efficient and material-friendly processing. The maximum panel width of the device is 310 mm, with adjustments for larger circuit boards available upon request.
The cutting speed can be adjusted in ten stages between 100 and 220 mm/sec, and the cutting length varies between 100 and 570 mm, depending on the activation of the light barrier. The system can be fed manually or automatically and integrates seamlessly into existing assembly lines.
The handling of the MAESTRO 5L is user-friendly, featuring a clear control panel and simple adjustment devices. The sturdy aluminum housing contains the conveyor belts, roller knives, and the drive, promising a long service life and low maintenance.
Additionally, the device meets all the safety requirements of the EC directives and is delivered with a corresponding declaration of conformity. The scope of delivery includes the device on a base frame, the required number of roller knives, support, and handle grips, as well as an adjustment device for changing the knives.
