The CK 3781D cutting pliers are a highly specialized tool distinguished by its robust construction and precise cutting ability. This mini side cutter is made from special alloy steel, drop-forged, hardened, and tempered to ensure exceptional strength and durability. The induction-hardened jaws and the precise through-bolted joint design ensure long-lasting, adjustment-free jaw alignment and outstanding long-term performance.
The high-polish finish effectively protects against corrosion and prevents chrome flaking. Ergonomically shaped dual-component handles provide optimal comfort and control, while the spot-welded double leaf springs ensure consistent and repeatable cutting motions. With a length of 125 mm and a head width of 11 mm, the tapered head enables precise cuts in tight areas.
This fully ESD-compliant tool according to IEC 61340-5.1 and 5.10 is ideal for use on sensitive electronic components. With a maximum cutting capacity of 1.45 mm for soft materials, 1.02 mm for medium-hard, and 0.3 mm for hard materials, the cutting pliers meet the highest demands in electronics and precision mechanics.
