The mirror-polished surface of the diagonal cutter, combined with a fine oil film, provides good rust protection and prevents circuit disruptions due to flaking chrome parts. The cutting edges are additionally laser-hardened and achieve a hardness of approximately 62 HRC. The sharp mini-head of the tool is equipped with a small bevel.
The technical features include an edge, a maximum cutting capacity of 0.81 mm for soft materials, a length of 115 mm, a width of 66 mm, and a height of 17 mm. The weight is 65 g. The material is made of high-quality tool steel. The head shape is pointed, which, together with a head width of 11 mm and a head thickness of 6 mm as well as a jaw length of 10.5 mm, makes the diagonal cutter particularly efficient.
