The ESD side cutter 5130 MICRO from ideal-tek is a high-precision cutter from the Micro-Oval-Cutter series, designed specifically for use in ESD-sensitive environments. With a blade hardness of 67 HRC, this tool offers maximum cutting performance and durability. The optimized geometry ensures maximum stability and resilience, while the compact head dimensions allow access to the smallest work areas. The half-flush cutting edge is specially designed for heavy-duty cutting tasks.
Equipped with an ergonomic ESD Ergo-Tek Slim handle, the side cutter provides secure grip and comfortable operation. This handle was specifically developed for smaller hands and ensures improved handling without compromising safety or functionality. The side cutter is ideal for precise cuts in tight spaces and features a sandblasted surface.
Technical specifications include a head thickness of 6.4 mm, a jaw length of 7 mm, and a head width of 8 mm. The tool has a total length of 120 mm and weighs only 70 g. It is capable of cutting soft materials up to a diameter of 1.02 mm and medium-hard materials up to 0.4 mm.
