The high-quality construction from tool steel with hardened cutting edges (over 60 HRc) guarantees durability and the ability to resharpen the blades. The ESD-safe standard handles meet MIL-Standard with a transition resistance between 10^5 and 10^9 Ohm, making the side cutter also safe for sensitive electronic components.
Additionally, the model features a double, self-locking screw joint that minimizes wear, as well as a patented opening system that integrates the springs invisibly and reduces the risk of injury. The Stop! limit system protects the blades from crossing and damage. An optional wire holder is available, which minimizes the risk of eye injuries and assembly destruction by uncontrollably detached cutting debris.
The overall length of the side cutter is 110 mm, with a blade length of 7.62 mm, and a head width and head thickness of 9 mm each.

Normal cut. Suitable for cutting hard and soft steel wires as well as soft materials such as copper wire and cable.
With large bevel (facet)
Suitable for cutting hard and very hard steel wires. Long service life.
Without bevel (facet)
Flush cut. Extremely sharp cutting edges. Only suitable for soft steel wires, copper wire and cable.
Without bevel flush (facet)
Flush cut for soft materials.
