The ESD side cutter Slim 5142 from ideal-tek is a high-precision tool from the range of small oval cutters. This model is characterized by its robust construction and the ability to work in tight areas, which is enabled by the compact head dimensions. The cutting edge is fully flush, ideal for precise cuts on small material. Equipped with an ESD Ergo-Tek handle, the side cutter not only provides excellent grip but also protects against electrostatic discharges, making it particularly suitable for sensitive environments.The blades of the cutter are hardened to a hardness of 67 HRC, which ensures high durability and cutting precision. With a total length of 120 mm and a weight of 82 g, the tool is handy and efficient for daily use. The head of the tool is extra small, with a head width of 10 mm and a jaw length of 9 mm, which further increases precision. The side cutter can cut materials with a diameter of up to 1.02 mm (soft) and 0.81 mm (medium).
