ESD Diagonal cutting pliers Slim 5540
The ESD side cutter Slim 5540 from ideal-tek is a precise tool designed specifically for cutting in tight and hard-to-reach areas. This model is part of the 554x series and is characterized by its small, beveled, and relieved head shape, which features a semi-flush cutting edge, ideal for more robust cuts. With a head width of 10 mm and a head thickness of 6.4 mm, the cutter enables targeted handling.Equipped with an ESD Ergo-Tek Slim handle, made of PP and TPE, the cutter not only offers a comfortable and secure grip but is also electrostatically dissipative, making it suitable for sensitive electronic components. The blades are made of hard steel and hardened to a hardness of 67 HRC, ensuring long life and precise cuts.
The cutter has a total length of 120 mm and a weight of 81 g, making it handy and easy to handle. It can cut soft material up to a diameter of 1.15 mm and medium-hard material up to 1.02 mm. The surface is sandblasted, which further enhances robustness and durability.
