ESD Diagonal cutting pliers Slim 5547
The ESD diagonal cutter Slim 5247 from ideal-tek is a high-precision tool from the family of oblique-head cutters, specifically developed for cutting wires, cables, and thin metal pieces. This model is characterized by its angled blade geometry, which not only improves ergonomics during use but also features a full-flush cutting edge that enables extremely clean cuts on small materials.The ergonomically designed ESD Ergo-tek Slim handle provides a secure grip and is ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments. The blades of this diagonal cutter are hardened to a hardness of 67HRC, ensuring a long lifespan and consistent cutting performance.
In addition to its excellent cutting properties, this tool features a head shape that is extra large, with a head width of 10 mm and a jaw length of 18 mm. With an overall length of 125 mm and a weight of 86 g, the diagonal cutter is compact and handy. The surface is sandblasted, providing additional protection against corrosion.
The material made of steel and the handle made of PP/TPE ensure durability and comfort during use. Ideal for precise work in electronics manufacturing and assembly.
