ESD diagonal cutting pliers 5540
The ESD side cutter 5540 from ideal-tek is a precise cutting tool specifically designed for use in electrostatically sensitive environments. Featuring a semi-flush cutting edge and a hardness of 67 HRC, this model is excellent for robust cuts in demanding applications. The cutter has a mini-bevel and an extra small, conically shaped head that allows for precise handling in tight areas.The total length is 125 mm with a weight of 81 g, making the cutter lightweight and easy to handle. The head thickness is 6.4 mm, the jaw length is 9 mm, and the head width is 10 mm. The maximum cutting capacity for soft material is 1.15 mm (AWG 32-17) and for medium-hard material 1.02 mm (AWG 38-18).
