The diagonal cutter 3776 from CK is a highly specialized tool designed for precision work in electronics and fine mechanics. This robust cutting instrument is made from special alloyed steel that has been drop-forged, hardened, and tempered to ensure exceptional strength and durability. The induction-hardened jaws and the precisely constructed box joint ensure a permanent, adjustment-free jaw alignment as well as excellent long-term performance.The ergonomically shaped dual-component handles provide increased comfort and control, while the spot-welded double leaf springs enable uniform and repeatable cutting actions. The high-gloss polished surface offers optimal corrosion protection and prevents the flaking of chrome.
Additionally, the diagonal cutter 3776 is fully ESD compliant according to the standards IEC 61340-5.1 and 5.5, which ensures safe use on sensitive electronic components. With a total length of 115 mm and a head width of 14 mm, the beveled head allows for precise cuts even in tight areas. The cutter is suitable for soft materials up to a diameter of 2.0 mm and medium materials up to 1.6 mm.
