The diagonal cutter 3799DEF by CK is a high-quality tool specifically designed for precise and safe cutting tasks in electronics and fine mechanics. Made from special alloyed steel, which has been drop-forged, hardened, and tempered, this tool offers exceptional strength and durability. The induction-hardened jaws and the precisely inserted joint design ensure a permanent, adjustment-free jaw alignment and provide excellent long-term performance.
The high-gloss polished surface of the diagonal cutter protects against corrosion and prevents the flaking of chrome, while the ergonomically shaped two-component handles ensure high comfort and excellent control during work. The spot-welded double leaf springs allow for even and repeatable cutting movements, delivering precise and reliable results.
The tapered head of the tool enables access to tight and difficult-to-reach areas. With a length of 120 mm and a head width of 10 mm, the diagonal cutter is ideal for work on sensitive electronic components, as it is fully ESD-compliant according to IEC 61340-5.1 and 5.2. The diagonal cutter is suitable for soft steel wires up to a diameter of 1.02 mm and for medium-hard wires up to 0.81 mm.
