The oblique front cutter 3871 from CK is a highly specialized tool designed for precise and safe cuts in electronics and precision mechanics. This mini flush cutting tool made from special alloyed steel, drop-forged, hardened, and tempered, offers exceptional strength and durability. The induction-hardened jaws and the precisely articulated joint design ensure permanent, adjustment-free jaw alignment and excellent long-term performance.The ergonomically shaped two-component handles increase comfort and control during use, while the spot-welded double leaf springs ensure even and repeatable cuts. The high-gloss polished surface protects against corrosion and damage from flaking chrome. With a head shape specifically designed for working in tight and difficult-to-access areas, the tapered head of the oblique front cutter enables precise cuts.
The tool is fully ESD compliant according to standards IEC 61340-5.1 and 5.2, ensuring safe use on sensitive electronic components. With an overall length of 130 mm and a jaw length of 20 mm, this oblique front cutter is ideal for fine cutting work on soft materials such as copper wire and cable.
