ESD long-nosed pliers 6021
The ESD precision pliers 6021 by ideal-tek are specifically designed for precision work in ESD-sensitive environments. These pliers are characterized by their short, 18 mm long jaws, which provide increased holding power and are equipped with a smooth surface to prevent scratches on sensitive surfaces.The pliers are made of robust steel, sandblasted, and the jaws are hardened to a hardness of 45HRC, ensuring a long lifespan and lasting performance. With a total length of 135 mm and a weight of 84 g, the tool is handy and efficient in use.
The ergonomic handle made of PP and TPE provides excellent grip and makes the pliers ideal for prolonged use periods. The tip of the pliers is 1.0 mm wide, and the head thickness is 6.4 mm with a head width of 10 mm. Due to the ESD properties, the pliers are optimally suited for tasks where electrostatic discharges must be avoided.
