ESD long-nosed pliers 6023
The ESD precision pliers 6023 from ideal-tek are specifically designed for precise and delicate tasks where electrostatic discharges must be avoided. With a length of 145 mm and a jaw length of 30 mm, these pliers allow for excellent handling. The tip has a width of 1.0 mm, while the thickness is also 1.0 mm. The smooth gripping surface of the long, pointed jaws prevents scratches on sensitive surfaces and is made of robust steel, which is hardened to a hardness of 45HRC.The surface of the pliers is sandblasted, providing additional durability and corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped handle is made from a combination of PP and TPE, which not only ensures high comfort but also guarantees ESD safety. Weighing only 88 g, the tool is lightweight yet stable enough for precise tasks. The ESD precision pliers 6023 are thus ideal for technical environments where precision and protection against electrostatic discharges are required.
