Flat-nose pliers 3770-1D
This precisely crafted flat-nose pliers from CK, model 3770-1D, is made from special alloy steel that has been drop-forged, hardened, and tempered to ensure exceptional strength and durability. The pliers feature a through-bolted joint design that allows for permanent and adjustment-free jaw alignment, as well as induction-hardened jaws that provide excellent long-term performance.
The surface of the pliers is highly polished, eliminating the risk of damage from flaking chrome. The design is complemented by spot-welded double leaf springs that ensure even and repetitive action. For additional comfort and control, the pliers are equipped with ergonomically shaped dual-component handles. Additionally, the pliers are fully ESD compliant, allowing for safe use on sensitive electronic components and meeting IEC 61340 5.1 and 5.2 standards.
The pliers have an overall length of 130 mm, a jaw length of 22 mm, and a tip width of 1.5 mm. The head shape is straight and flat, with a head thickness of 6.5 mm and a head width of 10 mm. The gripping surface is serrated, providing additional grip.
