The Lindström RX7891 needle-nose pliers, developed according to the ERGO™ process, are specifically designed for precision work and offer optimal grip through their ESD-safe ERGO™ two-component handles with a thermoplastic surface on hard polypropylene. The handle shape allows for fine control and rotation of the pliers between the thumb and forefinger. The pliers are made from a high-performance steel alloy, polished, and feature a spring that is adjustable in three positions to regulate tension during use.
The precision of the needle-nose pliers is ensured by numerically controlled machine grinding, which increases the resilience and durability of the tool. The pliers are extremely robust and hardened to a hardness of 42-46 HRC. A friction-reducing screw connection enhances the fidelity of the cutting edges.
The pliers have a total length of 158.5 mm, the jaws are 32 mm long, and the tip is 1.2 mm wide with a thickness of 0.8 mm. The serrated gripping surfaces and long, pointed jaws enable precise work even in hard-to-reach areas. The handle material is made of polypropylene, which also contributes to the durability and handling safety.
