The ESD tweezer with plastic tip 251.SA from ideal-tek is distinguished by its precise workmanship and high material quality. Made from polyamide 66, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, it offers exceptional mechanical strength and toughness. The tweezer is ESD-safe, heat stabilized up to 130°C, and features a very low linear thermal expansion, making it ideal for use under various temperature conditions. Its excellent wear and abrasion resistance, as well as good chemical resistance to oils, fats, and nonpolar solvents significantly broaden its range of applications.
The universal tweezer has a straight tip shape with a width and tip length of 10.5 mm and 16 mm, respectively. The smooth gripping and handling area supports easy handling. With a length of 110 mm and a weight of 17 g, it is lightweight and compact. The sandblasted surface of stainless steel and the plastic tip complement each other for optimal functionality.
