The ESD tweezer with plastic tip 251.SA by ideal-tek is a precision-crafted instrument specifically designed for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates. This tweezer is ideal for applications in micromechanics and electronic assembly, as well as in laboratories where scratch resistance is crucial.
The tweezer is characterized by its Polyamide 66 construction, which is reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, leading to high mechanical strength and toughness. It offers excellent wear and abrasion resistance, as well as very high stiffness. The heat-stabilized construction allows for continuous use at temperatures up to 130°C, while it can withstand temporary temperatures of up to 190°C.
The surface of the tool is sandblasted, which, along with the smooth gripping and handling area, allows for secure handling. The straight tip shape and the wide, flat tip of the tweezer are ideal for precise tasks. With a length of 110 mm and a weight of only 17 g, this lightweight yet robust tool provides easy handling.
Please note that the tweezer is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
