The cutting tweezers produced by Bernstein are specifically designed for precise cutting of soft wires up to a diameter of 0.25 mm, including copper, gold, and silver wire. This high-quality tweezer is made of carbon steel and features a matte, smooth, and glare-free surface that is antimagnetic and acid-resistant.
The tip of the tweezer is angled with a bending degree of 20° and a width of 10 mm, which allows for particularly stable and sharp cutting guidance. The cutting edges are extremely hard and optimally sharpened for angled cutting. Additionally, the tool is equipped with an ESD coating that provides a resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 ohms to prevent static charges.
The total length of the tweezer is 115 mm with a weight of 25 g. For maintenance, it is recommended to keep the tweezer dry and treat it with oil during prolonged storage to prevent rust formation. If flash rust occurs, it can be removed by light grinding.
