The ESD tweezer with plastic tip type 249CF from CK combines advanced material technology with precision manufacturing to meet the requirements of technical and electronic applications. The tweezer is equipped with carbon fiber tips that allow for the safe handling of highly sensitive electronic components without causing damage. These tips are specifically designed for handling delicate materials such as SMD, wafer, or ceramic capacitors and offer additional protection through their smooth surface.
The arch made of high-quality stainless steel (SA) is both acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring reliable and repeatable function through a precisely welded connection. The tweezer is fully ESD compliant, according to standards IEC 61340 5.1 and 5.2, and provides protection against electrostatic discharges as well as electromagnetic damage due to its antimagnetic properties. The heat resistance up to 270°C allows for use under various working conditions.
The tweezer has a straight tip shape with a width of 2.0 mm and a length of 130 mm, which enables precise work. The combination of carbon fiber and stainless steel makes the tool both stable and durable, ideal for technical use.

Common

The tips of the Carbofib tweezers consist of black carbon fiber material. Significantly softer than steel, but still resistant, with their smooth surface they go easy on components with very sensitive surfaces, such as SMD, wafer or ceramic capacitors. The conductive material is suitable for ESD areas, completely antimagnetic, acid-resistant and resistant to temperatures up to 270°C.
