ESD plastic tweezers, offset tips

The ESD plastic tweezers made by Bernstein are distinguished by their precisely manufactured, straight, and offset tips, which allow for an optimal opening angle and precise tip closure. Made from Vestamid PA12 L-polyamide, a glass fiber reinforced plastic material, this tool offers low water absorption and high impact resistance, even at temperatures well below freezing. The tweezers are particularly resistant to fats, oils, fuels, hydraulic fluids, and many chemicals, including salt solutions.
The surface of the tweezers is matte and smooth, which simplifies handling and emphasizes their suitability for use in cleanrooms. With their anti-magnetic and acid-resistant properties, as well as a temperature resistance up to 175°C, they are ideal for use in sensitive areas such as lithography, optics of laser devices, or in general machinery and apparatus construction.
The ESD safety is ensured by the electrical conductivity of 10^3 to 10^5 Ohm, which permanently makes the tweezers anti-static and qualifies them for precise work in electrostatically sensitive environments.
