The ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip 242CFR.SA by ideal-tek is a high-quality universal tweezer, specifically designed for handling sensitive components in areas such as micromechanics and electronic assembly. This model is characterized by its interchangeable plastic tips, which are made from a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 66%. This material composition offers excellent wear and abrasion resistance, as well as high mechanical strength and toughness.The tweezer is ESD-safe, heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use, and provides maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short periods. The smooth gripping and handling surface, along with very fine tips, ensure precise handling without damaging the processed materials. Despite its robust features, the tweezer has a light weight of only 17.5 g and has a length of 130 mm with a tip length of 25 mm.
Please note that the tweezer is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. The sandblasted, antimagnetic surface of the stainless steel complements the technical equipment to ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
