The ESD tweezer with interchangeable tip 249CFR.SA from Ideal-Tek is a high-quality universal tweezer, specifically designed for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates. This tweezer is made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (PA66/CF30), which not only provides high mechanical strength and toughness, but also excellent wear and abrasion resistance.
The smooth gripping and handling surface ensures safe handling without scratches on sensitive surfaces. With a length of 130 mm and tip length of 25 mm, this tool enables precise work in laboratories, electronic assembly, and micromechanics.
The tweezer is heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and can withstand short-term temperatures up to 190°C. The surface resistance is 10² Ω, highlighting the ESD safety.
Please note that the tweezer is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or vapors. The tip is made of plastic, which additionally contributes to chemical resistance against oils, fats, fuels, and non-polar solvents.
With a weight of only 17.5 g and the ability to exchange tips, this tweezer offers flexibility and comfort for the user.
