The ESD tweezer with plastic tip 5CF.SA by ideal-tek is specifically designed for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates that require scratch-free handling. This universal tweezer is made of stainless steel, sandblasted, and features a smooth, straight plastic tip. The tip is particularly fine and sharp, enabling precise work.
The material of the tip, Polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% carbon fiber (PA66/CF30), offers very high mechanical strength and stiffness, as well as excellent wear and abrasion resistance. Moreover, the tweezer is heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and has a maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short-term applications. The surface resistance is 102 Ω, which guarantees ESD protection.
With a length of 130 mm and a tip length of 25 mm, the tweezer is ideal for fine work in micromechanics, electronic assembly, and laboratories. Please note that the product is not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. The tweezer is "Swiss Made", which underscores its high quality and reliability.
