The ceramic interchangeable tip A2AMZ from ideal-tek is a high-quality tweezer with a replaceable tip made of Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA), a combination of zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide. This material composition gives the tip outstanding strength and hardness, as well as very high abrasion and wear resistance. Thanks to its low density and the lack of open porosity, it also offers excellent thermal stability and temperature resistance up to 1400°C, a shock resistance of 325°C, and a volume resistance of over 10^12 Ω. The tip is electrically insulating and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for soldering processes and handling components during thermal and chemical processes.
The straight tip is fine, rounded, and flat, with a width of 8.0 mm and a tip width of 2.0 mm. The thickness is 0.3 mm, the height is 3.5 mm, and the length is 50 mm. The weight of the tip is 1 g.
