The ceramic interchangeable tip A71MZ from ideal-tek is a precisely manufactured tweezer tip, specifically designed for demanding applications in thermal and chemical processes. Made from Zirconia Toughened Alumina, this tip offers an excellent combination of high strength and hardness, making it ideal for soldering processes and handling sensitive components.
The tip is characterized by a maximum temperature resistance of 1400°C and a shock resistance of 325°C. Its electrical insulation property is highlighted by a volume resistance of over 1012 Ω, and the hardness according to Vickers is an impressive 1700 HV. With a width of 7 mm and a tip width of 0.7 mm, as well as a thickness of 0.6 mm and a length of 45 mm, the straight, finely beveled tip shape allows for precise work under extreme conditions.
The ceramic tip is also corrosion-resistant, thermally stable, and exhibits high flexural strength and fracture toughness. Weighing just 20 g, the interchangeable tip is lightweight and easy to handle, which facilitates handling during long working phases.
