Replacement exchangeable tips A242CP

The replacement tip A242CP from ideal-tek is specifically designed for use in micromechanics and electronic assembly, where precise work with sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates is required. This kit includes 2 carbon fiber tips and 3 screws, specially developed for the Type 242CP tweezers. The tips are made from an ESD-PEEK plastic, which is not only ESD-safe but also offers excellent heat resistance up to 190°C (temporarily) and chemical resistance against oils, greases, and most nonpolar solvents.
The tips are straight and finely shaped, with a width of 1.7 mm and a thickness of 0.5 mm, making them ideal for precise work. Additionally, the tips are heat stabilized and offer high mechanical strength as well as excellent wear resistance. Despite their robustness, the tips weigh only 1 g, making them lightweight and easy to handle.
Please note that the tips are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. This Swiss Made product guarantees the highest quality and reliability for your technical requirements.
