The Replacement Interchangeable Tip A259CF is made from an ESD plastic that consists of 66% polyamide and 30% carbon fiber. This material ensures low friction as well as excellent wear and abrasion resistance. Additionally, it offers high mechanical strength and toughness, very high stiffness, and excellent tensile and bending strength. The tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and offer very low linear thermal expansion as well as good chemical resistance against oils, fats, fuels, and nonpolar solvents. The product is lead-free and not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. The maximum temperature resistance is briefly at 190°C, and the surface resistance is 10² Ω. The kit includes 2 carbon fiber tips and 3 screws, ideal for handling sensitive components in areas such as micromechanics and electronics assembly.
