The replacement tip A2ACP from ideal-tek is made of high-quality CF plastic, containing 66% polyamide and 30% carbon fiber (PA66/CF30). This material is characterized by low friction, high mechanical strength and toughness, as well as excellent wear and abrasion resistance. The tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and offer maximum temperature resistance of 190°C for short periods.
The tips exhibit very high stiffness as well as excellent tensile and bending strength, and are chemically resistant to oils, fats, fuels, and nonpolar solvents. The kit includes 2 carbon fiber tips and 3 screws specifically for the Type 2ACP tweezers. This combination is ideal for handling sensitive components such as glass and ceramic substrates in areas like micromechanics and electronic assembly.
The tips are ESD-safe, lead-free, and have a surface resistance of 102 Ω. However, note that the tips are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. With dimensions of 40 mm in length, 8 mm in width, and a tip width of 2 mm, and weighing only 1 g, these replacement tips offer precise and secure handling.
