Replacement exchangeable tips A4WFCP
The replacement tip A4WFCP from ideal-tek is specifically designed for use in micromechanics and electronic assembly, making it excellent for handling delicate components such as glass and ceramic substrates. This kit includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws specifically developed for the 4WFCP tweezers. The tips are made from ESD-PEEK plastic, which is not only ESD safe but also offers excellent scratch resistance and heat resistance up to 190°C for short periods.The tips feature a straight shape with a width of 12 mm and a thickness of 0.7 mm. With a length of 40 mm and a weight of 20 g, these tips are robust yet lightweight. The plastic of the tips, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber, provides very high stiffness as well as excellent mechanical strength and toughness. Additionally, the tips are heat stabilized up to 130°C for continuous use and have a very low linear coefficient of thermal expansion.
Please note that the tips are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
