Replacement exchangeable tips A5CP

The Ideal-Tek A5CP replacement tip is specifically designed for use in areas where precision and protection of sensitive components are required, such as in micromechanics and electronics assembly. This tip is made of reinforced ESD-PEEK plastic, enhanced with carbon fibers to ensure high mechanical strength and excellent thermal stability up to 130°C in continuous operation. The tips are heat stabilized and offer maximum temperature resistance of up to 190°C for short periods.
With a very fine and sharp tip shape, a width of 8.0 mm and a tip width of 6.6 mm, as well as a thickness of 0.5 mm, these tips are ideal for precise work where scratch-free performance is essential. The length of the tip is 40 mm and it weighs only 1 g. Despite their low mass, these tips feature very low linear thermal expansion and excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases, and most nonpolar solvents. However, they are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam.
This kit includes two carbon fiber tips and three screws specifically designed for the Type 5CP tweezers to ensure optimal functionality and durability.
