The SMD tweezer from Weller Erem is specifically designed for handling miniature cylindrical components with diameters ranging from 1.2 to 2.5 mm. This tweezer is characterized by its precisely manufactured, cylindrical, and very fine tips, which are straight and rounded to ensure optimal handling of the components.
The total length of the tweezer is 115 mm and it is made from high-quality, stainless steel (No. 4435 / AISI 316), ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The gripping area is smooth, while the handle area is ridged to provide a secure and non-slip grip.
Although this tweezer is not ESD-safe, it offers outstanding performance for precise work due to its smooth operation and perfect balance. Each tool carries a stamped type number for clear identification.
