SMD tweezers 920878

The SMD tweezer 920878 from KNIPEX is specifically designed for precise assembly work on SMD components. This high-quality tweezer allows for secure work on complex electronic components that are directly soldered onto circuit boards, due to its fine geometry and angled tip shape. Made from chrome-nickel stainless steel, the tool offers excellent corrosion resistance and is also antimagnetic to prevent electromagnetic damage.
The surface of the tweezer is matte and acid-resistant, which, along with the black epoxy coating (surface resistance between 10³ and 10⁹ Ohm), ensures ESD protection according to DIN EN 61340-5-1. The tweezer is 118 mm long, 12 mm high, and weighs 15 g, making it ideal for work in laboratories, clean rooms, and during circuit board repairs. The smooth gripping and handling surface, along with the specially shaped, beveled, and wide tip with a width of 2.5 mm and a thickness of 0.5 mm, allows for precise holding and positioning of components in tight spaces.
