SMD tweezers ESD 2 SA
The SMD Tweezers ESD 2 SA by Bernstein are specifically designed for use in SMD/THT technology and are excellent for grasping components such as Mini MELFs, diodes, and resistors, as well as for picking up wires. This high-quality tool is made from 100% stainless steel, which is antimagnetic, rustproof, and acid-resistant. The surface is matte polished to prevent reflections and offers glare-free handling.
The tweezers feature straight, pointed tips with a length of about 35 mm and an overall length of 120 mm. The conductive black ESD coating ensures a surface resistance of 10^6 to 10^9 ohms, making it ideal for work in ESD-sensitive areas. The light weight of 15 g and the smooth gripping and handling surfaces allow for comfortable and precise handling.
Thanks to the use of austenitic chromium-nickel quality steel with low carbon content, the tweezers offer excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring the tool's durability and reliability.
