The SMD tweezer SM103.SA.ESD by ideal-tek is specifically designed for the precise handling and positioning of components in SOT enclosures. This high-quality tweezer is made from stainless steel and features an ESD-safe epoxy coating, making it ideal for use in cleanrooms and when working with sensitive electronic components.The tweezer is 115 mm long, with a tip length of 28 mm and a thickness of 0.35 mm. The tip itself is 1.6 mm wide and is specially beveled and broad to provide an optimal gripping surface. The bend angle of 42° allows for ergonomic handling.
The smooth surface of the gripping and handle area supports secure handling without slipping. Weighing just 15.2 g and with an overall width of 14 mm, the tweezer is lightweight and compact. The acid-resistant ESD coating protects both the tweezer and the components being handled from static discharge and corrosion.
