The ideal-tek SMD tweezer model SM108.SA.ESD is a precise tool specifically designed for positioning and soldering extremely small components up to 1 mm wide. This high-quality tweezer is made from stainless steel and features an ESD-safe epoxy coating, making it ideal for use in ESD-sensitive environments such as cleanrooms.The tweezer is equipped with a finely beveled, angled tip that allows for precise handling. The tip width varies between 1.60 and 0.70 mm, while the total length of the tweezer is 120 mm. The tips themselves are 32 mm long and have a thickness of 0.31 mm, providing additional accuracy when gripping components.
The groove on the handle of this tweezer reduces the stress on the component, minimizing the risk of damage. The smooth gripping and handling surface ensures a comfortable and secure hold during use. With a weight of only 15.2 g, the tool is lightweight and allows for fatigue-free handling.
