The SMD Tweezers ESD Ultra Fine 7a SA by Bernstein are designed for precise gripping, holding, and positioning tasks in technical and scientific fields. This high-quality tweezer is made from antimagnetic, stainless, and acid-resistant stainless steel and offers excellent handling thanks to its reflection-free, matte finely polished surface. The special ESD coating ensures a surface resistance between 10^6 and 10^9 Ohm, making it ideal for use in laboratories and testing facilities among others.
The tweezer is 120 mm long, weighs 15 g, and features a crescent-shaped, very sharp gripping surface of 0.2 mm width with a tolerance of +/-0.05. These characteristics also make it suitable for use in robotics and for precise pick-and-place tasks. The product is distinguished by its smooth grip surface and a beveled, fine tip shape that enables precise handling. With a bending degree of 40°, it is optimally suited for work under the microscope or in other demanding environments.
