The ideal-tek 72MZ.SA tweezers are a highly specialized tool solution for demanding applications in soldering processes and the handling of components in thermal and chemical processes. These tweezers are characterized by their interchangeable tips made of Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA), a robust ceramic that offers an exceptional combination of high strength and hardness. The tips are straight, fine, and pointed, allowing for precise manipulation and supported by their smooth gripping and handling surface.
The ceramic tips have a very hard surface and are extremely corrosion-resistant as well as electrically insulating. With a maximum temperature resistance of 1400°C and a shock resistance of 325°C, this tool is excellent for applications requiring high thermal and mechanical stresses. The tweezers are made of stainless steel, sandblasted, acid-resistant, and measure a length of 135 mm with a weight of 17 g. The tip width is 0.3 mm and the thickness is 0.25 mm, which, along with the Swiss-Made quality, ensures durable and reliable performance.
