The tweezers 74MZ.SA manufactured by ideal-tek are distinguished by their replaceable ceramic tips made from Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA), a robust blend of zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide. This material combination ensures high strength and hardness, while simultaneously having a low density and no open porosity. The surface of the tips is extremely hard, providing excellent abrasion and wear resistance. Additionally, the tips are thermally stable up to 1400°C, shock-resistant up to 325°C, and have a Vickers hardness of 1700 HV.
