The Ideal-Tek 4WFCPR.SA wafer tweezers are specially designed for handling sensitive 4-inch flat components. This high-quality tweezer features replaceable tips made from ESD-PEEK plastic, which is reinforced with carbon fiber. This material not only provides ESD safety but also offers excellent scratch resistance and high-temperature resistance. The tweezers can withstand temperatures up to 190°C for short periods and have a surface resistance of 102 Ω.The straight tip shape, with a width of only 0.6 mm and a length of 25 mm, allows for precise work. The total length of the tweezers is 130 mm, with a weight of 18 g. The smooth gripping and handling surfaces ensure comfortable and secure handling. The tip material is heat stabilized up to 130°C and has a very low linear thermal expansion, as well as excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases, and non-polar solvents.
Please note that the tweezers are not resistant to strong acids, alkalis, hot water, or steam. Ideal for applications in micromechanics and electronics assembly.
